What does it cost?

Cleaning is 300 kr per hour for private customers after the RUT deduction — the Swedish tax deduction for household services. Other services are priced per job, and you always get a clear price before we start, free of charge and with no commitment.

How do RUT and ROT work?

Accepted Answer

We take the deduction straight off the invoice, so you only pay the net amount. RUT is 50 % of the labour cost for household services, ROT 30 % for renovation and painting. You don't need to do anything yourself.

Do I have to be at home?

No. Most of our customers leave a key or a door code. Keys are labelled without an address, kept locked away and signed for at every handover.

How quickly can you come?

We usually reply within a couple of hours on weekdays and can normally be on site within a few days. For urgent jobs — call us, and we will sort out what we can.

Do you bring your own materials?

Yes, all of it. Products, machines and tools. If you have your own favourite products we are happy to use those instead — just let us know.

What happens if I am not satisfied?

Get in touch within 24 hours and we will come back and put it right at no extra cost. We don't want a customer who has paid for something they are not happy with.

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are fully liability insured and approved for F-tax. If something should break, we take care of it.

Which areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Offerdal, Krokom, Östersund and Åre and the surrounding area. If you live a bit further out — call anyway, we often travel further than people think.
