How we handle your details.
Short and without legalese: we only collect what you type into a form, and only use it to reply to you.
Who is responsible
Jasem Allservice, Offerdalsvägen 14C, 835 31 Krokom, Sweden, is the data controller for the details you submit on this website. You can reach us at info@jasemallservice.se or 070-327 12 55.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form yourself: name, email address, phone number, address and locality, the service concerned and the description you give of the job.
This website uses no analytics tools, no tracking cookies and no third-party scripts that follow you elsewhere. We do not know who has visited the site, only what you choose to send us.
One exception worth mentioning: the contact page has a Google map. It only loads when you click "Show map" yourself. If you do, your browser contacts Google, which may then set cookies under its own terms. If you do not click, nothing loads.
Why we process it
To answer your enquiry, provide a quote and carry out the work you order. The legal basis is performance of a contract, or taking steps at your request prior to entering one.
We never use your details for newsletters or marketing, and we do not sell them on.
Who sees it
Your details go to our admin panel and are sent to us as an email. The providers that technically handle hosting and email delivery process the data on our behalf under data processing agreements. No one else has access.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted after twelve months. If a job goes ahead, we keep what Swedish accounting law requires for seven years.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to the processing. Contact info@jasemallservice.se and we will act on it free of charge.
